I know it was hot, but it took 5 minutes for someone to come out and help me. They did not vacuum all of my interior. They barely touched the front carpets. The back was not done. The windows were also not cleaned.

Like other JL's, you shouldn't charge me ($10) to remove my "heat shield" to replace my oil. Some JL's do, some don't - be consistent.
Was told my light was fixed for $20 but as soon as I pulled away and checked, it was not working. Magically, when I returned and they replaced the bulb, it worked without issue.
Lastly, while I know your model is to "upsell", a $70 cabin filter that I can get for $10 (and takes 17 seconds to replace in glove box) is a bit much. I get it, you just offer, it's up to the client to purchase. Still, even if you charge $10 to install (in 17 seconds), a 250% upcharge is a bit much.
I may remain loyal to JL but most likely not at Clarksville, MD (where the rich folks live).

My car was not fully vacuum, only the front. I paid $134 dollars to have my car
I was charged for coolant even though it should have been obvious to any mechanic or car technician that my AC unit is broken and therefore the coolant was an extra unnecessary charge ($149 extra to be exact). In addition, there was no updated oil change/mileage sticker put on my car and the oil change sign is still flashing/not reset (which is standard any time you get an oil change. for the It would be great if I was given a voucher or something to supplement the money I wasted on a useless service.
From the moment my telephone call was answered by Chuck, I was pleased with my choice to contact Jiffy Lube in Pasadena for my oil change. Chuck greeted politely and was upbeat ending his greeting with "where you do not need an appointment." I laughed and said he had just answered the question I had, did I need to make an appointment.
Once I arrived, a little after 9:00 a.m., Gacia greeted me at my car. He was professional and kind directing me to the waiting area where there were magazines, coffee and TV. Within a short time, he reviewed his assessment of my vehicle and asked what services I wanted to proceed with.
Within 15 minutes, I was at the service desk, where Chuck was reviewing my bill with me. My $10 coupon did not work so Chuck used a coupon he had -- success! I felt the price was reasonable for all the services provided.
I was thoroughly pleased and mentioned it to the manager, Justin, who was extremely professional as well and appreciated my feedback. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube location. Thanks to the entire team!
