How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

The manager at the laurel location, was very rude and he time off my windshield fluid, and top off my oil for me he charged my 18.00 $ to do that I'm never coming back there ever again I will never tell anyone to go get service there. Jiffy lube is a terrible business. Im going to corporate about this.

My car left in worse condition it went in as. Stick to what you know and only do oil changes.
