Being a repeat customer for over 15 years at this location, that tells my story regarding Manager Brian's and his team. I have three vehicles and at one time, a company vehicle. I will not go anywhere else. I get top notch service with a warm welcome and experience by highly trained individuals. As for improvements..... why break something that runs like a smoothly oiled machine. Kudos to Brian and his team.
Comprehensive inspection and discussion of suggestions by the technician, and while it comes across as "upselling" a bit, it's important to have the opportunity to make those decisions.

I am writing to express my sincere satisfaction with the service I received today. Earlier, I called to inquire about my brakes, and Shawn (or Shaun) assured me that the team would assess them.
Upon my arrival, the team thoroughly inspected each brake pad and rotor, confirming they were all in good condition. I also mentioned needing new wheel bearings for my right-rear tire, and they efficiently replaced them.
Thanks to their excellent work, the "whirling" sound I was hearing while driving is now gone. I am incredibly impressed with both the quality of the work and the team's dedication to customer service.

I love that jiffy lube always has my information on hand, saving time. They also recommended I purchase new tires due to wear, which I appreciate (I had just come from making an appointment to get new tires) lastly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes,,,sweet!
