Good service every time I come
On 7/18, I got an oil change and brake fluid service. I was informed and shown that my two air filters also needed replacement. I didn't buy the filters offered at Jiffy Lube. Upon leaving, I turned on my air conditioner (A/C) and now heard rattling coming from the A/C vent.
I returned to Jiffy Lube at 7:30 am on 7/19 and ask them to check their work. A professional service man removed the glove compartment and performed diagnosis.
Cause of the problem: The previous service person who showed me the dirty filter had left their plastic glove attached to it during reinstallation. Once the glove was removed, the rattling ceased.
This is the second time I've had to return to this JIFFY LUBE due to an error or omission performed by a service person. It will be the last.

I took 2 cars (Sonata’s) this day. 1st experience was horrible the guy was very rude, rung me up for $97 oil change. Sir I have never paid this amount bring all my cars here matter of fact your new in here and I dont appreciate how your blowing me off. 2nd time same day was for. 18 Sonata and my experience was way different I wanna say his name is Brayden (maybe) took his time explained stuff to me and this oil change only cost 46.00 after coupon so please explain the almost $60 difference. There’s also a new spot in Altoona who sends coupons and guarantees 20 mins or less. I’m trying to stay a loyal customer as I have 5 vehicles paying $100 each time is not budget friendly..

I would appreciate if they changed my windshield tag. It was not done. The old one is still there. This is the second time.
I would appreciate knowing the condition and amount of the oil and if there are metal parts in the old oil. It will tell me the condition of the engine. And any leak points.

Oil change
I went to Jiffy Lube to change my oil, but they kept pushing me to change other parts. They convinced me to do something they said would help the A/C, but it didn’t help at all. Every time I go, they pressure me to add more services, and afterward, I always feel frustrated—at them and at myself. I don’t think I’ll be going back next time.

My oil change was very Quick and the staff was helpful.
After bringing my car in for servicing, I was told that I did not have a cabin air filter. This is the only place I bring my car to for servicing so evidently it was left out. I explained this to them and they made it right by putting one in. I was also told I needed new tires when I requested a rotation. This was certainly the case, but upon leaving, I saw that my tires were way over inflated. I went back and they corrected the tire pressure (one tire was at 49 psi, one was at 39 psi and the other two were over 40 as well.). We can make this right by providing me a free tire rotation next time around. I have brought all my vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for years and would like to keep using them.
Staff was informative and efficient. Tech knowledgeable and professional. Finished in 1.5 hours. Repair was successful.

Even though we moved about ten miles away, I have been going to the same Jiffy Lube in Beltsville for over 40 years. They have always shown a consistent level of respect for me and concern for the continued well-being of my vehicles.

Wrong oil was out in my car causing me the need to return and have it corrected! How this happened I am not sure as it clearly says use 5W-20 oil only not 0w-20! Service cashier was very pushy and seemed to not even care. I am waiting for a day to return and hopefully he is not there! I will be requesting to soeak with a manager about this.

And when I went to change my cabin filter, they didn’t put the insulation back in place just left it hanging
