I went to another Jiffy Lube in Waldorf on this past Saturday for a vehicle of mine that has a V8 engine and the price for the same service was $18 less. This vehicle today was a V6 and they claim that 0.5 quart of oil was the difference in the price. This Jiffy Lube also refused to add any brake fluid when they said it was low. I physically showed them the receipt from Waldorf and asked about why the difference, which is why they claimed 0.5 quart of oil was the difference. Me personally, won't recommend this place when I can get the same for much less.

Horrible service. Went in for an oil change, they claimed I needed 2 different filters in which I agreed to. Paid over $200. That afternoon my emission system problem light came on. Returned to the location, they looked under the hood to tell me I had a ripe in a hose.(which they pointed out). That light was not on previously. Clearly they did something to my car. They “tried” to check the camera to see did someone did something wrong. Then she told me to bring it back tomorrow so the manager to check the camera because she could not access it. Today I dropped my car oof @ 6:30 am, had my car all day to get a call stating that is my engine light and had nothing to do with the oil change. Yesterday your worker told me a ripe in the hose. Went to pick up my car after work and noticed my car is parked in the exact spot where I left it. Now they are playing with me. They did not look at my car. They damaged my car and I need them to either fix it or give me my full refund. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and uncalled for. I called and ask for the GM or DM number and they could not provide me with any numbers.
I mentioned to the manager behind the counter that the last time I had service there, that my windows and carpet were not cleaned. He said he would mention this to the tech working on the car. He then came back in to tell me that they only clean the front wind shield and vacuum only the front seat. I said that this is not the only time I have noticed them not doing all of the services. Instead of I understand and am sorry. He kept going on about only cleaning the front window and vacuuming the front seat. I said I have been coming to Jimmy Lube since the 80"s and know the service they provided. Not really happy with his response.
