Friendly staff; made suggestions for services needed but not forced into purchasing; they left it up to me to decide. When one is on a budget that’s important. I hate the idea of being coerced into buying more than I’m comfortable spending. Makes me trust Jiffy to educate and suggest what’s most needed.

The guys who do the work are very professional and courteous. I’d like to keep bringing my car to this Jiffy Lube. There is one major thing stopping me though… THE $50 PRICE OF TIRE ROTATION! I want to be able to get my tires rotated every time I get my oil changed. It was overpriced compared to your competitors when it was $35. $50 is highway robbery! I am going to start going to NTB or Valvoline until the Jiffy Lube management comes to their senses… SMH!

My reciept stayed no oil on dipstick and nobody notified me of this, is there any problems as a result. I just feel it was something that should been communicated
