Reset the "Remaining Oil Life" button. Show the customer the filters that are being replaced. Create a laminated check list. As each step is completed, check it off. Apply some WD-40 on your revolving doors. I noticed each time I visit there are new faces. The personnel ARE nice and respectful. I WILL be back, you have not yet lost a customer.

Quicker than I expected. Like the overall check that you do . Makes me feel confident that you'll let me know basic things that need addressed . Plus didn't realize that you check fluid levels and add if my needed. I leave knowing things are in order. Keep sending the coupons and I'll be back. One more, like the my d oil change check with free oil fill.

I had a unsatisfied day at Jiffy Lube this morning. Let me start by saying this, the mechanics were very professional. The female that assist with oil change orders was out of line. She was unprofessional, unknowledgeable, impatient, and somewhat disrespectful toward me. We have been getting oil changes from Jiffy Lube for years. She was telling me what oil I use, and charged me for 6 quarts of oil too. Then continuing saying the price was up to $10. I tried to explain to her even if the price has risen. It wasn’t $101 from $73.dollars. I felt like I was being taken advantage. I don’t think I would be visiting, nor would I recommend anyone else to Jiffy Lube. Sincerely,

I did not have to wait long and the service was good. All the workers were very friendly and helpful.
Fast service
The service was great, very quickly done, even the vacuuming. The only part I was not happy with was the expensive pricing for an oil change. Even the Ram dealership was considerably less expensive.

Service was very quick and everyone was friendly.
Sitting in my car at my next stop I looked at my receipt.
It said the front windshield was washed.
I thought how nice but when I looked at it, clearly not washed.
Made me wonder if everything else was done properly.
Did I receive the synthetic oil I payed for?
Was the oil filter changed?
Not a good first time experience for me.
