I was able to get my oil change and tire pressure adjustment done in not much time. Also, the people there did not hound me too much about getting other things taken care of with my car. They just gave a recommendation

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I get mad when I left yesterday first time when I went they never reset my car and they not pick out the sticker so yesterday this this girl was in the register she was mad with me. I don’t know way if you when I left there I said, I never got to go back again.

What could we do to improve?

For the first time visiting any Jiffy Lube, this location failed to vacuum my car like they have always done. They wrote on the invoice that this was not done due to "inclement weather". What does the weather have to do with vacuuming a car? I thought this was kind of weird!
