For my for visit I must say I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. I was greeted once it was my turn and asked what service was needed for my vehicle and they gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. I love that straight to the point. The cashier also did amazing job upselling services and giving me information about my car that needed fixing and/or replacing because although I take care of my car there’s still some things underneath the surface that needs maintenance as well. I really loved this experience and I plan on coming back. Thank you to all the staff for all you do. Be blessed.
Took vehicle in for oil change 1/3/25. No issues or problems with vehicle prior to routine maintenance oil change. Also got rear wiper blade replaced. On 1/4/25 my vehicle began leaking coolant. Wiper blade cover was left on wiper blade. Took vehicle back to jiffy line to be looked at and was told there maybe a crack in radiator but need to take to mechanic to dig deeper into the issue. Plastic covering was also never removed from wiper blade in which I didn’t realize until I noticed my window was not being cleaned and fluid was just being smeared around window. Was assured by assistant manager Dylan if the issue was due to something jiffy line did or didn’t do let them know and they will rectify the situation. While I appreciate the customer service the issue still stands that there were no issues with my vehicle nor was coolant leaking a problem prior and following service it was.
Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and no one gave me a "hard sell" to purchase anything. They did update me on what was going on with my car and advised me to take care of a couple things at a full service mechanic shop. (They didn't handle those things there.) I have gone to the Jiffy Lube for a few years now because it's quick and easy and reasonably priced. Always friendly and super quick!

Wonderful and friendly employees
I learned to go there first thing in the morning to avoid a long wait. This team has always been very friendly and today was no different-- very courteous and explained everything I needed to understand about the current state of my car. I accepted their recommendation to include some other services and I was out within 25 mins. My only issue was when we were driving down the highway, we noticed the hood was not closed all the way. I was nervous if we hit a pothole or bump, the hood would fly open. My husband had to pull over along the highway to shut it properly.
Very professional and great customer service.
The Darkskin guy with cornrows and glasses was terrific. He was very attractive as I pulled up. I needed an oil change but he explain that I needed a cabin filter and brake fluid changed. I did it. He was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the differential and other maintenance I still have to get done.
It took over an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The windows were never washed and the car was not vacuum. I told the associate were the tire locks were and still took a second associate to find them. They were in the glove box. Not hard to see since they were in a clear bag.
A very pleasant experience.
