Nice gyms, new locations at TCC and area High Schools... well maintained... a safe place for the kids, and great elderly programs.

We have everything do you need to succeed
I just finished my second season of coaching 12-14-year-old volleyball. Kylar created a very organized and fun experience this season. The game officials at both facilities were knowledgeable of the league rules and very supportive of the players. I especially have to give a shout-out to the official at Tandy who not only kept track of the score and possession without a scoreboard for most of the season (by herself), but she also made it a point to cheer on the teams and positively reinforce player efforts on the court. This season felt very engaging and all of my players seemed to have a positive experience. Thank you!!!!!!

The indoor pool is amazing in the winter! Such a fun activity to take our kids on weekends when it’s too cold to be outside. We also enjoy the basketball courts and yoga classes.
I like the therapy pool. Is warm enough I can workout even if it's cold.

The pools are the best in Tulsa & rival Lifetime Fitness! I love that they are all indoor & heated even the slide is inside so the kids can enjoy year round. They are the only place around that have a 9ft depth in the cooling lap pool. Highly recommend! Locker rooms are nice, shower pressure is great & sauna is toasty. Remember to bring your own lock & towel. It’s a big facility & even though the parking lot is always packed the building never seems to be too full because of the size. The work out rooms are big & instructors are nice & professional. The equipment is taken care of & high tech; you can connect it to the app to keep up with how you’re progressing and follow your fitness journey. Your membership will give you access to not only all the local Ys but any Y in the country. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
I love the programs offered and I have yet to join any of the classes. However, I will most definitely look into joining a cycling class.

I appreciate the variety and frequency of the classes offered. The instructors are excellent, and I have fun participating. Exercise doesn't feel like a chore anymore!
We enjoy the hours made available for us to be involved. We especially admire the design and quality of the facilities to have a fun, clean, organized place to exercise and or play.
Tandy YMCA is a great place! We have a family membership.We have been attending year round seasonal volleyball and both my kids love it! The facility is beautiful, clean and has everything you can think of for all your fitness and health needs! I would highly recommend Tandy YMCA to anyone looking for a good place to train, learn, and play! Thank you!

I like that the programs are low key and the kids have fun.
Like the atmosphere that allows kids of all abilities to learn and play a sport and receive equal playing time.
Everyone is included and it’s friendly competition. The kids just get to have fun.
I enjoy the warm environment. I like to take part in the Zumba gold and cardio dance classes.
I like to relax with coffee after class while meeting new people for friendly chats. 😍
I like the selection of programs offered through the Y. The programs offered come in various levels which is great. It eased my stress level when wanting to try a new class for the first time. I knew I could start with level 1 and blend right in.
I also enjoy being able to use the childcare facility if/as needed. My child loved her time there and the care giver had nothing but good things to say about my daughter.
Our monthly membership fee is paying off. There really is something for my whole family to enjoy at the Y.
I like the variety of activities available at the Tandy, from the lap lanes in the pool, to the free weights to the elliptical machines. Lately, it seems the people at the front desk are just to busy chatting amongst themselves to even lift their heads to say "hellpo."
