There are a variety Programs at all levels of exercise.
I love the fact that the pool has sides for children and adults. I also enjoy the therapy pool after a strenuous workout. Having a sauna and showers in the locker room make it easy to go about the day after a workout. The staff are friendly and accommodating!

You have a variety bag of activities to participate in and I love getting on the exercise bike which helps me out a great deal and the pool it's a great place all around I love it !!!!
I’ve been so thankful for the morning crew at play and learn. They are a great group of women, always kind and fair to my kids.
Indoor pool, e gym and facilities. Your front desk staff is always very helpful, i look forward to them every time I come by. Sophia is very funny and awesome.

Offered at a time of day (5:30 am) which ensures that I can get it in my schedule before the day interferes. Excellent instructors in Centergy and Yoga!
