I thoroughly enjoy the lap pool, the eGym equipment and a super instructor, Sue Moore, for a twice weekly yoga class -- world class facility and instructor ! ! !

I’ve just started but I can come to the Y and be stimulated to do the exercises I will not be able to do at my apt. So I am enriched each and every time
I come to work out.!I still want to use the pool and E equipment…in due time…

I enjoy Most everything that I partake in at the Y. The only suggestion is that there needs to be more white bench's in the men's Locker room There is only 4. One member always takes three when he showers. This leaves only one and could be a fall hazard for many who need them to get dressed.

I love the variety of programs and diversity of people and their ages. This is a great community. The pools are great, locker room is clean and there are a lot of classes.
