The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous and remembers members names. There are very many planned activities that include group participation in addition to single person involvement.

The facility is very clean. The equipment is top quality and provides every opportunity for healthy activities. The view of downtown Tulsa from TCC Metro facility is beautiful. I have visited a few other Tulsa YMCA centers, but like the Tulsa TCC Metro Y the best.
