Jenni Welch was amazing with the client! Very professional and extremely patient with a closing that lasted for 2 hours due to the client reading all paperwork and questioning much of the process. Patty and Jessica were very supportive behind the scene.
However; using Edina Title cost me $260 personally. It would have been $520; however, Gretchen was supportive and paid for half of the BAC. The problem was due to the BAC being noted as the $520 being paid to Kris Lindahl, the sellers brokerage. The buyer would not sign nor pay because the line detail showed paid to Kris Lindahl. I understand this is unfortunately the way the system transfers the details. I was able to get the lender to remove the line showing the payment by waiving the payment and taking on the expense myself.
I do not feel I should have to pay due to the way the system works; however, to keep the client happy, I did.

Jessica did a great job on this closing. The home was in a Trust which meant lots of original government documents as well as unknown well on the property. My sellers were very appreciative of Jessica’s knowledge to get through the sale. Another great experience!
We could do the signing ahead of time. For the one doc. I couldn't sign, I came in and it went smoothly.
