we are so exicted about our new home. it is the perfect house for us to move to in our later years. it is in excellent condition and the owners were so kind to leave so many nice things and nice notes. please have someone tell them how much we appreciate all that they did to make it easy for us to move in. we have no doubt we will be happy living there. the closing was smooth and easy. thanks to you all and expecially to ken mckinzie, our son for doing such a great job. we can't wait to get settled, moving is a lot of work.

Patty Coleman was very good at explaining various aspects of the paperwork, especially making sure they understood their mortgage terms. She suggested they call their loan officer to clarify information, which buyers were vague about. They were using an out-of-state specialty lender which had unusual terms for professional athletes who depend on contract renewals. She did not rush them and they did call their lender with questions. It all went smoothly, as usual, with Patty Coleman and Jessica Buol.
