Very smooth. Our Buyer was a Cash buyer from Florida and could not be present at the closing. Jessica Buol worked with our client to make sure that everything was signed and that title had the funds the day before the close.

Closing went as expected, we had a very smooth closing. Closer went at a nice pace and answered questions - I always appreciate it when the closer talks to the clients and doesn’t sound over rehearsed or like a tape recorder ( I know that’s probably natural to do after you have so many closings ).
