Our Title agent took a lot of time and care to explain each document, and answered all of our questions clearly and with great knowledge. Having a pre-sign option removed some of the stress, but also took away some of the personalization of exchanging homes with new owners, so I have some mixed feelings about that. Selling a home can be a very emotional experience, and our closing agent had the kleenex box at the ready. :)

Closing was very easy, with the ability to pre-sign, then sign electronically. It was very convenient. My closing team was able to get through any hurdles with flying colors, even when some unique problems came up. Patty Coleman and her assistant, Jessica, did a wonderful job and I am very satisfied.
