Our closer, Patty, kept in communication with us from setting appointments to phone calls to answer any questions related to the process. When we arrived she was ready with what she needed and was responsive to the tech challenged among us (with paper copies and signatures). The icing on the cake was her handling of the disbursement of the funds on a Friday as necessary offices were closing early. She made quick last minute arrangements to get everything completed on time without a hitch. A pleasure to work with!!!
