Thank you all so much for all of the work you all put into helping us close on this new home. We are first time home buyers and this process was brand new to us. We knew very little about purchasing a house and blindly but our trust with Edina. That trust grew and we learned a lot about home buying. We love our new house and cant wait to start some renovation projects to fix it up and make it more like our own home. Thank you guys so much!

Very smooth. Our Buyer was a Cash buyer from Florida and could not be present at the closing. Jessica Buol worked with our client to make sure that everything was signed and that title had the funds the day before the close.

Everything that needed to be signed was explained in detail. Was very happy my realtors were with me.
Wished that the buyer could also be present.

If my realtors hadn’t emailed me that the buyer’s closing had been completed, I would not have known. (Except, of course, I would have realized eventually that my bank account had significantly grown in value).
