Patty Coleman and Jessica Buol at the White Bear Lake office were great to work with. There wasn't a ton of time to prepare for this one (short closing window) but they got it done. They were also communicative with me and my client and worked professionally and timely with the buyers title agency. I could tell that Patty had extensive knowledge and clearly explained every document and it's purpose.
