Patty and Eva put in some extra efforts on this one, A previous deed transfer with this estate ( which had nothing to do with ERT was transferred with legal description errors). The owner of record and one of the heirs had since passed making this a huge challenge to avoid probate, There was excellent communication and direction with the attorney to create a path to close this on time. Thank you ladies for all of your efforts. And to Patty for changing her plans to accommodate a last minute schedule change once we had the all clear to close.

Patty had everything prepared and it went very smoothly. She also gave us the heads up that we had to set up a checking account for the Trust so that we would be able to deposit the proceeds from the sale. This was so nice, rather than being surprised at the bank!!
