I liked that we received the documents electronically in advance so we could read through them. It made the process go much smoother and faster. It also meant we could immediately ask any questions we had about the documents. Its a lot of paperwork to sign but everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and kind which made the process easy and enjoyable. I also liked getting the keys to our new home.

Also Denise was at our closing too. She gave us a house warming gift and is very personable. She will do well!

The Seller ended up in ICU at the hospital. Eric Fisk went above and beyond and went to the hospital and had both Sellers sign there.
He's amazing and always goes above and beyond without a hiccup.
