It started on time and the file was organized and everything went smoothly at the pre-sign. Closer was friendly and explained the transaction in detail.

It went smoothly and without problems. The only glitch was our mortgage holder "Sun West". They made what should have been a simple sale and made it very difficult. Edina Realty went above and beyond to get any "issues" resolved.

He was unable to be with me in person for the close of the condo so he handed off that responsibility to Amber Migneault. The process was seamless and made the final steps of my move so easy.
