The buyers side announced at 2 the day of closing that they loan would not fund until Monday because the buyers brought a cashier's check to closing. Any other closer might have rolled over and accepted the circumstance. Eric and his team fought up until a wire was sent to fund the loan at 3:45 on Friday, saving the day!
