Everyone involved in the closing worked very hard to make our closing go as smoothly as possible. Because of a health issue which prevented a regular office closing, they lead us though some esigning of documents, and then a car signing. The explanations and pleasant positive personalities were greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Eric was wonderful with my client who is a handicap Veteran. He went to his home to get POA signed so his daughter could attend the closing and sign documents for him. Eric was very caring and understanding about my clients inability to get to his office with icy conditions.
