I moved out of state (Alaska) before I actually closed on my house in Minnesota and EVERYTHING was smooth, fast, and fair. Some papers were signed securely online and some via Mail due to a notary needing to witness the signing. I never once worried about the actual closing by Edina Realty, because It was just so easy and comfortable. Good job!
