This was a tricky transaction, as a week prior to closing we found out that the county had a typographical error on the lot split and needed to update/resubmit the deed. They were backed up, so we had to push closing out a week and a half. My buyers were afraid to push it again, as they had no more rate lock extensions left. Eric Fisk & his team really took the lead (sen though it was the seller's title company's issue) and came up with a solution that would allow the home to close on the given closing date even though the county wasn't up to date. I really appreciated the initiative ER Title took and made me look more like a professional though my buyers' eyes, as I have a great team working with me. Thank you again!
