Went above and beyond his duties to get this one closed. We had an title issue, that he help to file a claim for my sellers to correct an legal description with the title company that insured the policy. Eric, found the original owners and sent them the new title to sign in Florida. Then we could close.Eric is a great part of my team with Tanya and Ashley.
