I just needed to pre sign before the closing. Eric Fisk was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. There was one little hiccup which he took care of in a matter of minutes. Nice and easy. My realtor also was at the closing, Dana Arrigo. She did a great job clarifying as we went along. I also received an email to electronically sign a couple of documents. I am sorry I do not remember her name. She was very quick to respond once I had signed. All around a great experience!
