We came to the rescue when there was a hailstorm about a week and a half before the closing. But Edina Realty Title Team is on my side and they knew how to handle this situation and made things work for the Buyers and the Sellers for a smooth closing! The Buyers are thrilled because they are moving in to their beautiful new home and they will get a new roof! Both parties are thrilled because it closed on time!

The seller needed a Power of Attorney recorded with the county. The form was an original but the attorney had stamped it COPY. Julie & Lisa and the recording staff got it taken care of so we could successfully close on time!

it was very quick and easy to navigate through the whole process, I liked having the remote option so that we didn't have to travel to sign the closing documents
