The closing group led by Eric Fisk and Amber Migneault was awesome and very patient with me as I failed the Proof ID first time through. The day after closing I tested positive for Covid. Since I was unable to get to the Edina Realty office in Maple Grove to get the closing proceeds I asked Eric if he could wire the money to my bank account. He had me text him a picture of a deposit ticket and went to my bank for me. That's definitely going the extra mile. Thank you!!

Katie was very good for explaining everything that we needed to sign. On the actual closing day where we were not present, there was a small glitch with emails and yet previously there was no issue. It was resolved quickly.

The closing staff (Eric Fisk, Ashley Prout, and Amber Manigault) were all very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The Remote Notary Process was extremely helpful and convenient because the closing involved three people in three different states. There was some confusion in email communications prior to closing, but the staff had everything sorted out when the remote closing session began.
