The closing team worked very diligently to provide me with accurate information for the house closing. They responded quickly to my questions and covered for each other when the main closer was busy with other closings. The entire team was very knowledgeable. The portal was very helpful. The closing was seamless and the closer (Richelle Piktala) provided me with clear information on next steps I need to take to file for a homestead exemption and make sure real estate taxes are paid in the future.

Jessica is amazing! She even followed up and assisted us in getting everything we needed to our lender for our next property. Such a great experience - straight forward and explained everything in normal terms that we could understand. Explained all next steps clearly and couldn’t believe how smoothly it all went.
