Despite all of the "moving parts" in our getting this done (property purchased in Minneapolis area--I am CA-based and was traveling in Haiti the week before close, the funds were wired for close and my son stood in for me with Power of Attorney, the seller had a tight timeframe of their own for purchasing their new home, etc.), everything went smoothly and as expected at the close.
