Thanks to all (front-to-back office teams0 for pulling together a messy one. Closed on the same day which I was not honestly expecting. Buyer is more than thrilled the ride has come to an end. He's about to get on another one in repairing the home but that is another thing.

My agent, Lyn Dean, was there with me and prepared me for it by reminding me of the time and the things I needed to bring.
Natalie Hannigan was efficient and pleasant and was also thoroughly prepared. It all went perfectly smoothly.
Everybody was punctual.
Last but not least, the location was convenient and the building was Air Conditioned.
