The closing went very well. The realtor did an excellent job getting multiple offers, and we were satisfied with the offer accepted. We appreciated being able to sign documents beforehand so that we did not need to travel to the Twin Cities.

Title made a catch on the Dues Current language and asked questions. Closing subsequently delay for research and solving the problem. When ready, Title conveniently closed it the next morning.
