It took my clients two years to find their home but the closing wrapped up so quickly it was an anticlimax. During the process there were no slip ups, every question my buyers had were quickly addressed and since the buyers arrived a bit early on the closing day, Zhanna got started ahead of schedule and was finished in record time.

This was one of the most difficult transactions i have had in my 30years in real estate twists and turns that just made my head spin and just when i thought I had it all sewn up everything would fall apart. I had the house sold twice and it fell apart both times. Finally I found the perfect buyer. I gave the file, for the third and final time to my closer Jessica. I requested she and her team close for seller and buyer. Issues came up but, she and her associates found the title issues worked closely with the title examiner and the seller to come up with solutions well before closing and prepared the seller what needed to be done in order to deliver clean title. Then dealt with the buyer's last minute decision to switch to a different lender two weeks prior to closing then switch back to the original lender one week before closing. What Jessica and her team brought to the table on the day of closing was unquestionable professionalism presented in a calm confident style. Tough job, well done!

The closing team worked very diligently to provide me with accurate information for the house closing.
