Jessica is amazing! She even followed up and assisted us in getting everything we needed to our lender for our next property. Such a great experience - straight forward and explained everything in normal terms that we could understand. Explained all next steps clearly and couldn’t believe how smoothly it all went. We were able to presign at a convenient time. Things went smoothly. The only thing I wish I knew earlier is it would he a good idea to stop your auto payments before the last month so you don't run into paying double then having to get your extra money returned. Process itself well communicated.
