Closer was responsive and knowledgable. Only problem was I didn't expect the payoff of my primary mortgage would cross paths with my automatic payment... I will have to chase down $1400. May not have been preventable, however, I felt the closer should have managed my expectations better.

Edina Realty Title went above and beyond once again to see this transaction through a Covid-Locked Down Pre-sign outdoors next to a construction site in a 30 mph wind and a Reverse Mortgage Company that seemed to not want the settlement. Jessica and Katie make it seem easy!
