I was expecting a lot more paperwork to sign than what we actually had to sign and the closing only took an hour to complete, where our impressions had us thinking it'd maybe be 1 hour 1/2 to 2 hours. The closing agent was great at explaining each document in language and terms we could understand easily. Lastly, if we had any questions along the way, they were thorough explanations to the answers we were looking for that clarified any confusion we might of had.
