The lender was a S-show during this transaction with numerous parties with hands in the pot, not central communications, and making too many errors on forms and communications. Title went the extra distance in trying to communicate and organize with them. Ultimately smooth at the closing table, just the lender took almost an hour to approve funding after paperwork was signed. Kudos to the team!
