So excited to close. At the last minuted the buyers thought their check may be late and need to have a Plan B for closing. Stephanie and ERT ran it up the chain to be sure they could dry close in the check wasn't quite in and come back later that day to deliver the check and finalize the closing. They were very appreciative (as was I). Cheers!
