It was very quick and easy. Jessica scheduled closing on both houses at 2 different locations that were most convenient to the property. We were able to preclose on our former house a few days early so we only had one in person closing to attend on our moving day. Everyone was very friendly. Our closer Jessica was great. She explained everything but was super efficient. Our previous house closed at 10am and they had us closing on our new house at 12:30, check in hand for profit by 1 pm. Amazing!
