Richelle did a fantastic job for our closing. There was a hickup about the Home Owner's insurance premium changing about two minutes before closing, but she handled it admirably. It took extra time to print off new paperwork, but she explained everything and was the picture of being calm and curteous the whole time. We would recommend her highly.
