She was very efficient and knowledgeable and never did I question her ability to complete the process in the time frame allotted. Side note - she answers email at all hours of the day/night - not expected and I'm sure not in her job description. (Impressive, for sure)

The closer was very professional and personable. She answered our questions and was very accommodating regarding time and location of the closing.

Everything went seamlessly except that the payout to us was overpaid by $300. I don't think it was a problem with Edina Title but it was inconvenient for us having to write a check and drive a half hour to get to a UPS location. Other than that it was smooth.
