Richelle did an amazing job on a challenging file. There were numerous sellers who needed to sign closing documents. And this was an estate that had to go through probateSo Richelle worked with the attorney as well.
Richelle was wonderful working 3 separate families and a total of 12 people that had to sign documents. I know she worked very hard meeting people at different title office locations and sending documents out of state.

I didn't really like much about the closing, to be honest. I say this because things on the sell side went to a place I was never imagining they would go. However, the entire process was a learning opportunity and my first opportunity to work with Richelle!
The ineptitude of the other title company was absolutely mind boggling, but Richelle took care of business!!! I mean it, truly. She communicated clearly and often with myself and my clients. She even figured out a lot of what was going on by essentially doing the other title closer's job for her.
When it came down to it, once again, the entire CLCC title team stepped up and were amazing advocates for the needs of my clients. Jess, Richelle, and Mike (Katie is awesome but not really a part of this transaction) made sure that at the end of the day the transaction was funded and closed before the sell side had a chance to screw things up even further.
As a newer agent, I truly cannot believe my luck that I get to work with such genuinely caring and helpful people. They are professionals in every sense of the word and will always be my first, second and third choice whenever I have the pleasure of bringing a client to the closing table. This was my first solo listing as a Realtor® and I wanted to ensure things went as smoothly as possible for my sellers. But, guess what... they got COVID the weekend before they were supposed to pre-sign everything.
They were worried, I was worried, but not to worry, because Jessica Saba-Johnson was on the case! She helped me coordinate everything with my clients to put them at ease and accommodate their need to do the closing remotely.
Jess had everything prepared ahead of time and met my clients at their car in the parking lot. While I was unable to attend, the feedback my clients gave me was positive. Given their condition, I am happy to report that everything went according to plan.
