This was my first solo listing as a Realtor® and I wanted to ensure things went as smoothly as possible for my sellers. But, guess what... they got COVID the weekend before they were supposed to pre-sign everything.
They were worried, I was worried, but not to worry, because Jessica Saba-Johnson was on the case! She helped me coordinate everything with my clients to put them at ease and accommodate their need to do the closing remotely.
Jess had everything prepared ahead of time and met my clients at their car in the parking lot. While I was unable to attend, the feedback my clients gave me was positive. Given their condition, I am happy to report that everything went according to plan.
Huge thanks to Jess and her team for getting this across the board. I am honored to have the best folks in the game on my side as I build my business and learn and grow as an Edina agent.

Everything went smoothly with the closing, and we were updated at every important milestone to keep us in the loop. We were able to e-sign a majority of the paperwork ahead of time, too, so it went quicker than I expected.

Richelle was very patient with my ambivalence about my closing. There seemed to be one thing after another that made it challenging and she stayed cool and helpful. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and never did I question her ability to complete the process in the time frame allotted. Side note - she answers email at all hours of the day/night - not expected and I'm sure not in her job description. (Impressive, for sure)

The closer was very professional and personable. She answered our questions and was very accommodating regarding time and location of the closing.

Everything went seamlessly except that the payout to us was overpaid by $300. I don't think it was a problem with Edina Title but it was inconvenient for us having to write a check and drive a half hour to get to a UPS location. Other than that it was smooth.
