A nice clean new facility. Willing to do it right away while I waited in the excellent lounge area. Knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very fair and persuaded me not to do it myself.
They also fixed another small issue at no charge which had been left disconnected by the dealership when they did some work a couple of years ago. That is the kind of customer centric approach I appreciate.

I want to thank you for the feel of hospitality of the waiting room, and the fact the men I met and serviced my car were kind and didn't make me feel that I was imposing on them on Christmas Eve.. It was Christmas Eve and they were trying to leave at 2PM. My daughter picked me up and we proceeded to our family Christmas. I am not sure when they called me that the car was ready, but it was around 2PM. I gave them payment information, said a prayer of thanks for them and their families and plans. They made me feel like they were there for the customer. At a time when it is so inconvenient have car problems, they put me in the Christmas Spirit.
They were recommended to me by Discount Tire near there on the HI 59 where I first pulled in to find out about the new loud noise.

Friendly, quick and easy service
I appreciate the coupon for the free oil change. Although it took almost two hours, I am OK with that because few places keep on hand oil filters for my type of car.
The personnel at CBA are extremely nice and I feel like I am visiting with friends.
The location is great because customers can go to the Dairy Queen right next door while they wait.

You guys were great! I came in as part of the free oil change for the first 100 customers promotion. The gentleman I booked my appt with via phone was very nice and when I got there it was a great experience as well. Everyone was very nice and kind to my 4-year old little boy, offering him snacks and even a Hot Wheels car! We enjoyed the clean atmosphere and free WiFi while we waited. There was an opportunity for you guys to try and sell me something but you never went down that road and sent me on my way with my free oil change, a free once over on my 4-Runner and a happy 4 year old little boy. Will definitely be back. Happy New Year Christian Brothers!

Everything from when I first called to the time I went to pick up my car was excellent. Customer service is by far the best I've ever gotten from Christian Brothers and they set themselves above the other automotive shops. They called me a day later to make sure my car was working fine after I picked it up.

The associated & owner very kind, thorough, & went out of their way to pick us up & take us home. We received a plan for repairs the 2005 Subaru Outback. Needed the O2 sensors repaired 'cause the car would have failed the yearly inspection. The front area of the place was neat & clean.
