Friendly and quick

When I recently had my 2008 Acura MDX serviced, the overall experience was warm and inviting. In the past when having service completed at dealerships, the feeling of being taken advantage of or being 'sold' on a number of products and/or services that though may be helpful but were not necessary was enough to leave you wanting to never return. The opposite is the case with my recent experience with the Christian Brothers Automotive in Kingwood. From the friendly atmosphere which included Christian (no pun intended) music, snacks for adults and children alike, inviting and comfortable seating, up-to-date technology and technological practices, and very knowledgable team members that not only were kind but very helpful. This experience is what is advertised heavily in America, but very few deliver. CBA Kingwood went above and beyond.

Excellent customer service. But most importantly, they did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle. I wouldn't take my SUV anywhere else, just to Christian Brothers.

The associated & owner very kind, thorough, & went out of their way to pick us up & take us home. We received a plan for repairs the 2005 Subaru Outback. Needed the O2 sensors repaired 'cause the car would have failed the yearly inspection. The front area of the place was neat & clean. We have recommended Christian Brothers to the residents @ our retirement community. Thanks!

A nice clean new facility. Willing to do it right away while I waited in the excellent lounge area. Knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very fair and persuaded me not to do it myself.
They also fixed another small issue at no charge which had been left disconnected by the dealership when they did some work a couple of years ago. That is the kind of customer centric approach I appreciate.
I shall visit again for other items as they come up.

The guys there were so nice and really helped keep my anxiety about my repairs at bay. The price was fair and the work was done efficiently. The shuttle was a great perk too since I have no one in the area to help with transportation. It was the best automotive repair experience I can remember.
