Excellent customer service! Loved the atmosphere as well. The only downside is that this location does not have a car wash / isn’t partnered with one. When I get my oil changed I always get my car washed and cleaned out.
The service I received was prompt and efficient. I had been planning to take a cup of coffee but before I could, I was pleasantly informed that my car was ready. I therefore didn't have to stay back just to take the coffee.

The physical facility in Kingwood is relatively new so there is a certain freshness about it.The office staff are equipped with black polo shirts and seem happy to help.It certainly doesn't hurt that the owner's dog was walking around behind the counter! The lobby area has a doctor's office feel about it,clean,organized.This automotive center is a vast change from most places--some I've been to have a grungy,greasy appearance with a grizzled,chain-smoking man to handle customers.The deciding factor personally was the gracious offer from the owner to use their loaner car,a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis,an 8-cylinder gas hog,an 'old folks' car at no charge! Granted,my truck needed lots of work,one of the employees apparently called in sick one day,there was a delay in getting my truck back but having that loaner car gave me some relief knowing that I wouldn't have to pay extra per day for that delay.The repair bill was significant,paid for by another party but even she said to me,"I like this place!" As I write this,my truck's 'Check engine' has again lit up so CB will be getting my business in due time.I have no doubt that their office staff will be gracious and happy to assist.

Very friendly, very nice people , willing to go extra mile to satisfy the customer. Kinda expensive , but worth it. They found the issue that my car had, that 2 other companies ( including dealership ) could not find. So overall I had great experience, very grateful and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

I STOPPED BY AUTOZONE TO HAVE IT CHECKED WITH THEIR HAND HELD DIGITAL DEVICE, AND IT SAID ALL THE THINGS WRONG. SO I TOOK MY CAR TO CHRISTIAN BROS.& ALL IT REALLY NEEDED WAS A GOOD OIL CHANGE!! THEY HAD ME IN & OUT, NO WORRIES.

3) especially I was very impressed with the gentleman bcuz he told me that I didn't quite need the alignment just yet plus if I did it with them I would have to go back to the dealership to have the sensors fixed again bcuz they don't do that. That was honest of them. Other places would just do the work.

I apreciate that they don't work on week-ends, looks like they are christians, wich I love it. (If this is true!). Their employees are able to spend more time with the families.
