Knowledgeable, friendly service. My kind of people. The shuttle service was very nice.

They evaluated the problem, gave me the solution, worked with me as a person, talked to me as a person, explained the problem and used coupons to fix the problem. They are a great benefit to the community. They did calling during the job to keep me informed as they proceeded. They even called after I got my truck back to see if everything was OK.
Their facility is very clean. They have fresh coffee and snakes. All the employees from the owner Brad to John and Gary up front were very nice and helpful.

They provided a shuttle to take me home during the repairs then picked me back up when the car was done.

Electronic notifications when repairs started. Text messages letting me know the car electronic inspection report was ready to view. Ease of viewing the report and looking at pictures of my car taken during the inspection (transmission fluid, coolant, etc). Text message when the repairs are completed and car is ready for pickup.

Very friendly and professional staff at this location. Highly recommend.

Mr. West and his team of experts are knowledgeable and VERY respectful. My car has been running so much smoother since I took it into Christian Brothers Automotive in Kingwood, praise God!
