First experience seemed very professional with a service minded business. There was good communication and no surprises.

They fixed years of damage that the dealership did to my car. It's cost me thousands and thousands to fix over the years. As a single mom who knows nothing about cars, it's so easy to say yes to everything mechanics say need to be done to your car out of fear of your car dying on the side of the road. Even still, my car had so many problems. I finally decided to take a leap of faith and took my cars to Christian Beothers. My car runs SO smooth now after they fixed it! It used to screech loudly, shake when I'd go passed a certain speed limit, and the list goes on. So grateful and blessed to find mechanics that I can trust now!

I was met at the front desk by friendly staff, the owners office was right behind the front desk with the door open, and when I started talking to the front desk he came to the desk to meet me, introduce himself, and shake my hand. I'm a little old school, so this was a great touch in my opinion, and I appreciated it. Additionally, two days after my service, Brad called me to follow up on my visit, make sure everything was completed correctly, ensure i was satisfied with the service, and to let me know that if I needed anything to feel free to reach out and contact him. Again, a nice touch. Finally, the cost of service was about 30% less than what I've been paying at the dealership, and I actually felt I received better service from Brad and his team than I've ever had at the dealer. I'm a regular customer now, for all my vehicles (I have three). Thank you Brad, and the rest of the team.

I am new to the area, so I thought I would give Christian Brothers a try. They were close, had good reviews and their facility was clean and professional. I only went in for a state inspection, but it was done quickly and the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and customer focused. I will return for other service when needed.

Kept me in the loop of the progress of work. Very kind associates. Nice place to hang out while waiting. Drinks and goodies included. Made sure to ask about needed work before doing it.

Wonderful service from the front to the back!

I like the customer service they provide, they called me after my visit to make sure I had a good experience. I like the atmosphere at their place, they are polite and offer drinks and snacks while you wait for your car, also like the music on the background.

I scheduled my appointment online & it was quick & easy. As soon as I stepped into the office, I was greeted immediately by many smiling faces. The wait for my oil change wasn't long at all & the waiting area was nice. It was very clear from the clientele coming in & out that this location has some very loyal costumers that trust & approve their work. I was definitely satisfied with my visit & will be returning for any further service our vehicles may need!

Excellent service

I had a good experience with my first visit to Christian Brothers Auto. Got oil change and tire rotation. Nice clean waiting room, pleasant staff. I had a coupon and the price was reasonable- a bit lower than Jiffy Lube. My only negative is I wish the oil change invoice had more detailed info as to what all want checked out on my car. Overall good experience.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful including the folks at the front desk. They all had very helpful info to pass on so eventually my Jeeps sensors reset themselves. Thank you!!!!!

The service advisor (Garry) took time to understand my requested work and provide a thorough explanation of what would be done. The work was completed promptly, including a comprehensive courtesy inspection. I intend to start using Christian Brothers for auto service on all of my vehicles.
