I learned that "Christian" is not a surname, but identifies citizens of heaven.
I was shown pictures and given a detailed explanation of why I shouldn't take a road trip in this old van.
There was no charge for this service.
There was no pressure to accept service which I clearly need.
There were "woman-friendly" magazines, not the usual hunting and golfing and motorcross.
I was there for quite a while and never heard a profanity from the shop or office.
I was warmly greeted and goodbys were jovial & pleasant.
There is a sweet spirit here which made me tell my husband "no, really. . . You can trust these people."

They have a very professional attitude and remember everyone! I had an oil chage months ago and the desk clerk remembered me. They go above and beyond the normal quick and go oil change companies.

They took me same day, alerted me to problems and had my car ready the next afternoon. The drop off and pick up we’re essential to me and exceptionally nice to have. Very friendly and fast

I drive an older truck and want to keep it going as long as I can. Rial is awesome! He remembers who I am and what vehicles we have. I appreciate the pictures of my truck. They creates a digital time line of how something was then and how it is now and I can see it. They always take the time to explain what it is and how it works. They even gave me a ride to work! They got me back up and running in no time. Real down home, small town, neighborhood feeling. Christian Brothers Automotive goes above and beyond for customer service and mechanical satisfaction. As always, Josh and the guys at CBA did a wonderful and thorough job and did it in quick fashion. I have always been hesitant to take my car to most mechanics as you never know if what they are telling you is true. But I never question the guys at Christian Brothers. I can always count on honesty from them.

They were able to get me in for a last minute emergency oil change and I am incredibly appreciative of that. Water, wifi, and comfy couches while I waited just made it better.

Christian Brothers Automotive is now my main source of auto repairs, I try avoid the dealership an so far if I needed items repaired Christian Brothers Automotive were able to get the parts and install them. I do not plan on using the dealership again-lesson learned.

Everyone was nice and spoke to me. Got to the root of the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Came and picked me up. Broke down the problem to me and showed a visual so I could fully understand it. Place was very nice and clean. Just an overall great and professional company.

The problem with my car was a bit complicated and it took a couple times to solve the problem. Solve the problem they did. The thing that impressed me most was how through Sam was explaining the problem I was having. While I’m not a mechanic, I could understand what was being explained to me. They also have a courtesy car that they drove me home while working on my car.
