Staff is always friendly, helpful and very trustworthy. Facility is clean and you feel like you are getting full transparency on all repairs and maintenance. No high pressure or up selling of things that you do not need or want.

The staff were excellent and very thorough in the explanations with regard to the status of the car in general and what had been fixed. The mechanic Iworking on the specific car need also did a total evaluation of the car. The additional items were clearly explained to me along with potential costs and photos were included for me to take and study. There was no pressure just great information. The waiting room and BR were extremely neat and comfortable and I was also given coffee. I have already spoken to others about Christian Borthers and I will return for service.

They always make me feel like I am a special customer when I walk through the door. You are spoke to kindly and offered a water or coffee. I love the atmosphere and music this company has in the lobby when I need to wait. They even have a shuttle and never act like it is a bother to help come get you or take you back. They get to the bottom of your cars problems and explain any concerns you have. Give these guys a try and you may never go any where else. :)

Very reliable work
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received there. We took my Honda CRV in, after reading reviews online, to try and find a good place that provided good quality service and trustworthiness. I was concerned about a possible issue that my car might be having. They kept it all day, hooked it up for evaluation, drove it, etc and did not even charge me for this. I will definitely have our vehicles serviced here in the future. Everyone was very polite. Nice, clean waiting area and very trustworthy. Great experience!!
