I appreciated the respectful and kind customer service! Each employee that I spoke with was respectful as well as knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciated the most was the total service check for repairs. The process was clear and thorough and I walked away knowing exactly how my car needed to be serviced. I felt a little silly for some of the repairs that needed to be done that I did not know about; however, the gentleman who helped me made me feel confidence in the repairs instead of frustrated with my lack of knowledge. I still have work to be done on my vehicle and I will continue to return time and time again.

I was impressed by the review of the inspection of my car. I liked seeing a picture of each item. It was the first time an inspection was fully explained to me. There was no pressure to buy or fix additional items on my car. (I went in for an oil change). I was deeply impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism exhibited.
