Professional service from the first phone contact until they pulled my truck up for me to leave. They didn't do a heavy upsell, but were very knowledgeable with their suggestions. I've been around the automotive towing and repair industry for 25 years and these guys are top notch, definitely a five star operation. if you have any doubt---just look at how clean the shop area is kept!!!!!!

My Christian Brothers Automotive experience was awesome. When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh the owner/operator and he received my vehicle and recorded my vehicle fault. Throughout the process I received update messages on what was being done to my car as well as when the tasks were completed. I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency, their organizational skills, their sincere concern about my car and their concern I was happy and pleased with their work. After my car had been repaired my service writer explained in detail what the repair technician had done and if the problem reoccurred to immediately bring my vehicle back. I know everyone was just doing there job but it was how they did their job that made me feel safe, confident about their work and extremely happy.
People will forget what you said, People will forget what you did, but People will never forget how you made them feel. This is how I feel about Christian Brothers Automotive.

I made service appointments for my 3 vehicles and Christian Brothers actually got them in the bays on time. They appear to be thorough in their processes and explain their findings in great detail so you can make informed decisions about services and repairs. Also, I believe that their prices are fair.

Very polite! Helpful and didnt feel like they were finding things someone with my car just to get my money. If something is found, they suggest fixing it, but not pushy. Have been several times and will be back!

The since of trust I have in the staff and they're mechanics.
I know some of them personally and have complete trust in their evaluations.
Their prices are fair but possibly can be beat. Just be very careful when you get a
seemingly better deal. Most of us have been that route and understand what I mean.

1st class from the moment I walked in the door. My dad had used them and highly recommended them and now I know why. Went in for an oil change and had them look over everything else. My truck needed some scheduled maintenance and there were some other areas they found that needed attention. They walked me step by step, explaining everything in detail of where the concerns were so I would fully understand those concerns. I'll definitely be using them for any future maintenance on both my truck and my wife's car. Highly recommend!
